Mark and Arie,
Jamin and Louise and 2 young kids (did I get the names right?) A potential new member???
Dave, with 3 kids.
The tracks were of different levels, and the dry conditions made some tracks easier (well, my option). Diff lockers certainly were an advantage in several spots.
We stopped for lunch on the side of a ridge. Though there were a few other groups in the park, we didn't run into too much congestion. On a whole, everyone seemed to have a lot of fun ........ although Dave still didn't get to try out his winch.
So, here is were we went.

Here is Ben driving through the burnt countryside.

And Mark climbing another hill, and staying clean going down another.

So, can you work out where level ground is in the next two photos?

Ok - there is no level ground. A 3D photo would show that.
Throw another "80" on the BBQ??? We had to scrap some hot coals of the road. There was still a lot of heat in them.

The tracks on the hillside were clearly seen once the fire blacken the ground.

The tracks were dry and dusty, as Jamin easily climbs a difficult track.

The landscape took on an interesting appearance after the fires.

And to finish off, here is a video of highlights (when I could pull out the camera quick enough).
