Well what a big weekend we ended up having! I'm now exhausted!
Attendees:
- Ben, Jane and family
- Greg and Renae
- Steve and Kim
- Cameron and Kylie
The caravan park we stayed at was really good. Neat, tidy and the owners were very accomidating. Unfortunately I neglected to take a photo of it.
After setting up we took off through the Yaraman State Forest. There we found a "lookout". There was a lookout there once, but it is now all overgrown with lantana.
Here we saw the first of Bunya Pines.

This is typical of most of the side tracks on the Yaraman state forest.

Here we are at a propper lookout near the Bunya Mountains national park.

At the national park we went for a 4K walk. Axel walked all the way. Magnus forget to bring his shoes and had to stay behind with Jane.

On the way back we stopped at Coomba falls near Madenwell.

On Sunday we went to Seven Mile Diggings. It was all open and there was noone around. This was a great drive as there was lots of hard tracks next to easier bypass tracks.

A good time was had by all.
