Christmas Party for november the 12th and 13th

UPDATED CHRISTMAS PARTY DETAILS

COULD ANYONE WHO WISHES TO ATTEND HAVE THERE MONEY READY THIS WEEKEND AS WE NEED DEFIANATE NUMBERS BY SUNDAY
ALSO THERE WILL BE A SECRET SANTA AS WELL AND I HAVE SELECTED BEN TO IT THIS YEARS

After posting this on the previous forum and after it crashing i thought it would be great tp refresh everyones mind about the christmas party.

The dates for the christmas party is the 12th and 13th of November

The party will be held at Janowen 4wd park which is located about 1.5 hrs outside of brisbane on the way to warwick.
The park itslsef has 2wd access as we will be situated on teh lower camp ground at the big shed.

The meal selection will be as follows>>>>>>

Roast Beef & Roast Pork, Baked Potatoes, Pumpkin, Boiled Beans/Peas, Honeyed Carrots, Corn, Tossed Salad (as above),
Cauliflower Bake & Garlic Bread.

Plus Tea & Coffee

JUST A QUICK UPDATE FOR THE DESSERT MENU AND AS FOLLOWS >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Desserts:-
Pavlova
Trifle (Non Alcoholic)
Trifle (Vanilla Liqueur)
Chocolate Liqueur Layer Cake

The cost for the meal is as follows>>>>>>>>
Adults $25
Children (5-15yrs) $12.50
Under 5 Free
