Attending the trip was
Don
Cos in brand new Hilux
Brian and Jo
Scott and Tess
Dave and Chris
Maddy and Peter
Shane and his mate
Ben, Mariana and Indy.

First stop (drivebye) was of the "Mysterious carved tree", not my words, rams head at Croftby and it is actually pretty cool.

We then had a quick stop at a lookout to see a small waterfall off in the distance, not sure of the name.

next stop was another lookout to see the headwaters of the Condamine River catchment where I was told that If I peed in the water here it would eventually reach the Murray and enter the Ocean around Adelaide. Fascinating, although I didn't try it.

Next stop was Queen Mary Falls and the location of our AGM. Fist order of business was to trek down to the falls where Don offered to take a photo for us.

Next order of business was the lunch which was closely followed by the AGM. Mariana and Indy hod more fun feeding the birds.

The highlight as always was the handing out of awards which this year mostly involved the word mud.
All current Comittee members managed to hold on to their existing positions

After the AGM was completed a few members headed off to other commitments while others continued on to Daggs Falls, where I had to describe the meaning of the word in the image below. I remember when someone did something Similar to Tuckers Funeral Service in my old home town.

and it stayed modified for months. It was also a much bigger sign than the one you see here, YOU COULD NOT MISS IT.
next stop was Browns Falls where we went on a great little hike to the waterfall. It was well worth the effort.

All up it was a great fun trip and I have recommended it to a couple of guys at work as a great local getaway.

Feel free to add in any details i've missed
Thanks
