I was all keen to go, BUT I just calculated it out and it will cost me $190.
Did we want to look at an alternative? Maybe Janowen (which is just next door) or Glendon? I know that Janowen has some good track and if it stays dry we will actually be able to use them

. Glendon might be a bit hot this time of year.

Rain could be the only problem. Looking at a couple of weather forecasts, there could be some rain about mid week. I don't want to go to Janowen when it's wet. It's a tricky decision....

Wherever we go, Arie and I are looking to head up Friday afternoon and come back Sunday afternoon. We need somewhere that we can take the dog.

I too would need to return Sunday night, but can stay until everyone goes to sleep on Sunday before we take off.
We are happy to go anywhere. I'm hoping we don't get too much rain, as Janowen Hills sounds good. But this time the hot temperatures may dry out the mud quickly if it rains a couple days before Saturday.
Would people be happy to pay for 3 nights camping at Gordon Country, or should we strike this off the list? It does have a nice creek, good grass cover at the camping sites, but isn't that cheap.
Is anyone else considering coming along?

I vote for Janowen. If you want to camp near the creak, we could go to the old camp ground.
