7 Mile Diggings 13/14 August

Where: 7 Mile Diggings
Costs: Fuel and Camping costs.
Camping location: Yarraman Caravan park For those with camper trailers, we can keep them packed up and on site on Sunday until we are ready to go home (like last time). You will need to make your own booking! When you call them mention you are with the Breakaway club and they will try to put us together near the fire pit.
Standard: Should be an easy to moderate trip.

Meeting location:
Southside: Meet at the large park on the main road in Fernvale. We will leave at 8:00am sharp. From here it will be about 1.5 hours to Yaramman.
Northside: Meet at the BP at Wamuran for a 8:00am departure. From here it is also about 1.5 hours to Yaramman.


The last trip to the area, we found the 7 Mile Diggings site near Nanango and had a short explore and were impressed by the area. Since then I have found some more tracks in the vicinity. There are also some tracks in the Benarkin state forest that may be worth exploring.
