Hi all,
Just wondering we have some time off 26th august week and are looking a few days down to Coffs Harbour and Port Maquarrie is there any must do's or sees, that you know of, David is keen to do a bit of 4wding, in coffs. Not that hard as we will be only one car unless any one wants to join us? Any recommendations for which caravan parks etc.
Any info would be good, and any one welcome

Hi Debbie,

I hear that there are some great tracks in Orara West Forest, and that you can camping anywhere you like. I believe NSW only has a small number of parks/forests that you need to pay to camp in.
Camping on the beach just north of Coffs is also reported to be good. From memory, it is the Moonee Beach Nature reserve.

Orara East Forest also have 4x4 tracks, but are reported to be for soft roaders.
