Sundown NP 25-27 October

I can't see any fire bans are in place and there are no alerts for the park on their web site. So can everyone please bring some firewood to share?

So far we have:

- Ben + kids
- Dave
- Scooter
- Dalmation (Saturday day trip)
- Mark and Arie (Saturday + Sunday)
- Keri (Saturday + Sunday)

I have called up to make sure that the park is open and there are no restrictions/problems and all looks good. The weather is also looking pretty good as well. Should be a great trip!

Also, I'll volunteer to do the trip report.

Dalmatian, are you going to meet us at Ballandean or are you going to make your own way there?

Hi Cuboid,

I just received a confirmation SMS that Keri (aka ... Keri) will meet you at Ballandean at 9:00pm. She is coming from Toowoomba, so it's only a 2 hour drive for her.

We should see you near the campground area around 10 or 10:30ish.

It took me 45mins to get back to the highway.

alot quicker than 2hours... its fun to drive like a rally car driver.
