The club has arranged the annual Christmas Party for Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th November. It will be at Mount Barney Retreat. It has a covered campfire, a wood heater and hopefully hot showers depending on the water situation. It also has a kitchen with sink, gas rings, fridge, freezer and a bush oven for roasts or pizzas. As we are expecting a good turn out and our AGM is due we will also have it at some time over the weekend.

Cost; We have booked the whole campground out at $25 per adult for camping. Cabins may be available for $160 but so far everyone has said they are camping.

Hi Cos, we are coming and camping the night. Do we just pay when we get there? I am guessing that it is also cash only.

Thanks Ben. I have already payed for everyone who has said they are attending. I believe the plan is to use club funds to cover the camping fees for all the club members.

If anyone hasn't heard already our camping trip to Mt Barney has been cancelled due to bush fires in the area. Don is arranging a lunch at Harrisville at noon on Saturday 23rd November.
