The Springs 4wd park Feb 2011 [Recovered]

Post by Capella_Ben »

The Springs; it was Good!!

We had a good turnout as well;
* Cheesemaker + offspring - handbrake
* Capella_ben + 3 offsprings - handbrake
* Paul and Hanika
* Allan and Karen
* Kelvin
* James (lux45) and Chelsea

The park was really quiet while we were there, we only saw two other groups so we basically had the place all to ourselves. James stayed for just the day and put in a good showing with another mighty Hilux.

Tim was the only one in the whole park to have a go a Beer-o-clock. It was a lot different to last time. Now there is a big step and deep ruts at the top.

I got only a few photos of the weekend.

This is from the first track we went on. Tim likes to go hard from the get go.

This hill was a lot steeper in real life. Those marks in the middle of the ruts are from my diffs. :-( the ruts were more for larger rubber...

If you got any more photos post them up or email me and I'll post them up for you.

The pic of the cruiser is a bit blurry, probably because it was moving so fast and effortlessly. :lol:
