Christmas Party for november the 12th and 13th

The meeting location will be on saturday morning at the Shell servo at Aratula at 7:45 for an 8:15 am departure and the trip leader from the servo to Janowen is Cheesemaker ( tim)

Greg, we are going down Friday afternoon, hope to arrive before dark. We are definitely in the camping area at the front near the main road aren't we? Can we camp anywhere there or are we sharing with another club?

Kim, what time are you planning on going through. Not sure what route you're taking but are you keen to meet up somewhere?

We're also planning on going up Friday.

I am going up on Friday afternoon as well. Not sure what time though.

I was planning on camping somewhere near the shed on the side next to the creek. That's where the catering will be.

Jonathan, we are going the "back way" from our place, not through the city, so we will see you up there. Hoping to leave home by 2.30pm to be up there before dark. Do you know the way to Janowen? We will monitor channel 13 in case we get close to each other somewhere. Do you know what time you will be leaving?

We will be heading down and hope to arrive about 7:30pm and yes we are at the front camp ground and as far as im aware yes we can camp whereever as Jan or Owen have not informed me of anything.

We will be heading through beaudesert if anyone is keen to meet up.

Yeah we do know the way there.

Yeah I didn't think coming through the city would be the best idea on a Friday afternoon. We'll be heading down the Ipswich and then the Cunningham highway and we're planning on leaving at 4pm to get there around 6pm. All depends on work though, assuming we can get out earlier.

Doesn't sound like we will come across anybody else so we'll just keep our eye out when we get there.
